  We came in late from out of town and the guy with the pickles hat was so patient with us. Amazing customer service, and thats coming from 2 people also in the industry.

  Jimmy John’s is great, and I feel like this store has good people, but it seems they stopped caring and it shows sadly. Photo shown is all employee stuff and these tables are always like this. Never available to customers and just sloppy. I noticed a few weeks ago they never turn on their neon signs anymore in the store window, giving the appearance of being closed, especially in the evening. Also tables out front aren’t set out. Hope the best for this store, but it doesn’t seem to be in a good track.

  It's clean pickles are not crispy sandwiches are soggy lettuce is brown, sauce is slimy is gross I will not go back pop was flatter than my hair on a hot day.

  1 star cause they charge for a cup of water. You spend so much, they want a tip but can’t give water. I don’t know, it may be petty, but other fast food establishments don’t charge for water…yet
