They were totally unprofessional, and I never actually got my order. Super frustrating experience, and I won’t be going back anytime soon.

I got a peanut butter but tela order and I never got it. Both workers inside were playing around. The drive thru was open and weren’t answering drive thru. I never got my order and left at 9:05. Waiting for the Açaí bowl I never got

And usually, when you get it, they forget what you asked & smoothie is dripping out of the cup, all over you and your car because they don’t bother making it carefully. I love Jamba products themselves but the teenagers they employ here are too busy chatting amongst themselves to actually do their jobs, listen to customers, and fulfill orders correctly.

I’ve had smoothies that were fine before which is the only reason I don’t rate it a one star. The staff always take their time when there’s never that many customer.
