- RRR ROct 8, 20251.0We are regular customers in here and they messed up on a shake and told my husband that they wrote his name down and to come back whenever and they would fix it. I came back in his wife said hey my husband’s name told him the situation. Apparently, they didn’t write anything down. Which dress is kind of lame because my husband wasn’t with me to pull up the receipt on his end! So I had him stop what he was doing at work to send me the bank transaction for it! And Still they didn’t take care of us. I just coming in and wanting to do your job and go home but The attitude was way out of line for no reason acting like I was trying to get something for nothing! I haven’t been treated like that in a very long time and it kind of blew me away! At the end because I was made to feel so uncomfortable I just paid for my drink! And I asked to talk to the manager Who clearly Set the standards of the store because she was right there during all of it and Want to help or what kind at all! We are good customers! We come in with a handful of kids all the time tip well clean up after ourselves and leave! I don’t think I feel comfortable coming here anymore seeing how you treat people!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
