I just felt terrible because the manager was there and 5 customers walked in and she didn’t help yurelli at all! Yes there was a new girl training on site, but even then there was no instruction for her! Your ratings could be so much better the. What they are if you had someone great running the store.The manager is terrible. Trash. You definitely need a new one. I wish I could give more stars but the customers do not come first.

We went with a “baseball” theme. They gave a call when they were working on it to ask a few more questions regarding the design. I really had no idea what to go with, just gave them my sons team he played on, and his jersey number. When I picked up the cake I was extremely impressed by their work. Especially for It being a BR cake. Super nice and delivered an awesome product! My kid was super happy with it. And made his day when he was able to choose all the flavors instead of settling with what they had available in the freezer. Will be ordering more cakes for parties!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
