The last 4 times we’ve come — they haven’t had brownies. I commented this to the server & she rudely & defensively asked me “well, did you come in last week. Because we had them last week.” I let her know, I don’t know exactly when, all I know is the last times I’ve personally come there hasn’t been any. I asked if she could give us a free scoop for compensation, she says “no. We don’t do that here.” So then I say to my mom, “maybe they should just take that off the menu when they don’t have the ingredients so people don’t continue to order it.” She snaps back & says “it’s out of stock so it is what it is.” I asked her why she had such an attitude, she says “because you’re over here asking for free stuff” I said yes — because, as someone who’s worked in costumer service, satisfaction should be a priority. Then (this is what got me.) she says “if you don’t like what we have, you can leave.” & refused to serve me. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my 30 years of life. So disappointing.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
