  I was really looking forward to this grilled cheese, but unfortunately it was completely burnt. The bread was blackened and bitter, overpowering any flavor from the cheese. Instead of being warm and crispy, it was hard and dry. A grilled cheese should be golden, buttery, and melty — this one missed the mark entirely. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

  For the second time, I have watched cross contamination issues from staff to food. When I brought this up to the staff, it was brushed off like it was no big deal today. I watched a male worker take two fries out of the basket and eat it wipe his face and then wipe his hand on his pants. He then proceeded to handle people’s food. The workers assume because they are wearing gloves that it’s fine. I let them know that if they touch their face, they need to change their gloves, etc. I will no longer be doing business here as I don’t want to get sick nor risk my children and elderly parents just go down the street to In-N-Out at this point Better food, better service and with a smile.

  My father has just moved into town today, he was excited to try this place. We were recommending it highly. The employees were EXTREMELY rude to him! Not a great experience for his first day in town! The wait already sucks here anyways, definitely not coming back.

  The food is generally pretty tasty but my goodness it takes a long time to get your food through the drive-through . 27 minutes for one burger and onion rings .
