I’ve been a regular customer at this Taco Bell for years and have easily spent thousands of dollars here. Lately, I’ve had repeated issues with missing items and cold food when I get home. A few nights ago, I was missing a taco from my order. I called the store, and the employee who made my order answered the phone, apologized, and told me he would write my name down so I could get the missing taco the next time I came in. On December 24th, I attempted to place an online order around 6:45 pm, not realizing the store was closing early at 7 pm for the holiday. The app wouldn’t process the order, which is understandable. Since I was already there, I politely went to the drive-thru to ask about the taco I was previously told I could come back for. The employee at the window immediately accused me of lying and said she wasn’t giving out a “random free taco,” then closed the window. The manager then came to the window and, after I explained the situation calmly, also accused me of lying. When I pointed out the employee who told me I could come back, the manager dismissed him entirely and said he “had no authority” and told me to leave because there were “paying customers” waiting. This was extremely frustrating and embarrassing, especially over a $2 taco that was missing due to their mistake. The way I was spoken to and treated was unacceptable. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t demanding—just trying to resolve an issue I was told would be handled. I expect much better customer service from a place I’ve supported for years.

Absolutely the rudest people I've ever encountered in a drive thru. Won't be spending any more money there.what should have been me getting a fairly quick and simple lunch in the drive thru ended with a bunch of drama due to the employee having a ridiculous attitude problem. When I asked at the window to speak with a manager, said employee informed me that she was the manager, which I don't believe. My sister managed the store in Camas for several years and I know this kind of behavior from employees isn't supposed to be tolerated.

What the HELL is this. POOR quality in making a taco. Who ever is to lazy to actually put together, should not be working there. Pure lazy and no effort at all. Just got these tonight on NOVEMBER 14TH OF 2025. My wife got hard tacos and soft tacos, some where hot and some were soggy and cold.. this photo here is just one example of a poorly made taco that was WET and SOGGY and almost fell apart on me. Lost my appetite and probably will never eat taco bell again. The quality of these tacos have gone down terribly bad. A year ago to 2 years ago perfect. Now I CALL IT SLOBBY TACO 🔔. Said part is im local here.
