Didn't care not her problem. I just wanted what I deserved which was the advertised price in all of the Safeway stores. I would of settled for a gift card for the difference but no she didn't care! We were traveling over 2 hours home when we realized the charges didn't add up. Called the Tumwater Safeway where we got the product and told Jess what had happened and he didn't hesitate to let me know bring the receipt in and he will make the adjustment. Even though we wouldn't be traveling back for another month. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

- RLRoss LaBrantDec 21, 20251.0This store was not great and it just gets worse. If you get a cart that works, it will be cold and wet 9 months of the year. If you can get it out of the store without the wheels locking (and getting harassed by an employee) you'll be lucky. The location is terrible, the parking lot is trashed and in bad need of repair, it's difficult to get in and out - both in navigation to the store and as far as traffic and access to street. Many of the sales and service persons are wonderful people, but they don't make up for the rude ones that aren't. They stopped offering reusable plastic bags recently and that was the last straw for me. The only bags they have in the store still cost eight cents and are flimsy low grade paper WITHOUT HANDLES. IN WASHINGTON. WHERE IT RAINS. If I want to go to a store where I have to bring my own bags, I'll just go to Walmart instead. I sincerely hope I never find the need to go to this store ever again.
