  So I ordered some Pizza and some boneless chicken wings order was completely not what I ordered. I called talk to manager Emily, I am going to tell you right now is the best manager I've ever dealt with. She knows how to de-escalate the situation quickly. But the right way , being polite and sweet and nice to people and not fake highly recommend dealing with her and dealing with her store , she takes care of the customers first , i really like that store.I highly recommend it

  Employees were super rude and dismissive about missing items in our order. Kept repeating that “they didn’t know how to do a refund” and being rude that I was questioning for further assistance. Then when I said I’d reach out during corporate business hours he laughed and said “good luck”.
