  They have to be the slowest people in the world. First you have to make noise just so someone notices you're at the counter. Second they take forever to make anything. I could take a nap and still have to wait. Feels like we'd get GTA 6 before any order from this DQ. Please teach your staff how to be quicker. People are waiting and time is money

  Sat at the window for about 10 minutes before paying for my food to get cold fries and gravy.

  The food tastes great, and the employees seem friendly. But when I walked in, no one greeted me even though they weren't busy taking an order. There wasn't anyone else in the lobby area waiting to order. It didn't look like they were busy, but if they were it would've been great for someone to at least say they'd be with me in a little bit. I waited for what felt like 5 minutes before letting someone know I needed to order. Once I ordered, the service was quick. So that was nice. A customer service tip- if you let someone know you'll be with them as soon as possible, or simply that you're busy, that customer will be much more inclined to wait patiently than if it seems they're just being ignored.

  This is the worst dairy queen I have ever been to. There has not been a SINGLE time where I’ve ordered food and they haven’t made me pull forward to wait 20+ min; and this is when they’re not even busy! I was here the other day and waited over 15 min for a single order of french fries and when I got them they were hard and basically inedible. I don’t know why this store has so many issues, but I avoid coming here at all costs now.
