  I waited 15 minutes for my in-store order. They keep prioritizing drive-thru orders over mine. I ordered 2 five layer burritos and they gave me two bean/cheese burritos. They would not fix it at the counter. As a long time customer, I know what a 5 layer is, and what they gave me was not correct.

  We came into this location at around 4pm on 1/3/26. There was two other customers in the building waiting on food. And maybe one car in the drive thru. By the time we placed our order there was no one. We sat down and waited about ten minutes. In that time maybe one or two cars came through. So we got up to get our drinks so we could start on those. When we asked, the employees seemed confused and looked for our order. We got our drinks and sat down and watched as all the employees who were walking around and talking (about five) frantically looked at the screens and then started to make our order. So we went to check on it and they said it would be out soon. We waited there twenty minutes in a dead Taco Bell. We understand if the order got lost or was accidentally deleted, but when there is people waiting and you have no orders why would you not ask for what they are waiting on? On top of that they quickly handed us our food with no form of compensation for our time. Even though this isn’t the first time this happened to us! Only last time they gave us two free taco tickets. My boyfriend went back up to ask for anything and without a word being said the young man working the drive thru handed him a taco ticket. We will not be returning to this location. Which is disappointing because this place was our go to and we came here a lot.

  This location has extremely slow, irresponsible, disorganized, and rude employees; it's a place that individuals who respect their own physical health and well-being would never visit.

  I love the Taco Bell. I left the new ordering system on the touchpad. We often adjust our order to our liking. If you don't want to have dairy, there's a button at the very bottom which will allow you to substitute all dairy for salsa. That is a great invention! The crunchwrap I got on this occasion was not as crunchy as usual which made me very sad. What is the purpose of a crunchwrap? To be crunchy! I didn't like the customer crunchwrap with the steak. I think the regular crunchwrap is perfect as is.

  Not all of my order was given to me, i was given the incorrect hot sauce, and what i did get was two peices of chicken in a taco filled with lettuce, my crunchwrap supreme had no chicken, just cheese and lettuce. I usually love this place and get great service but if i get this kind of service again, I will no longer patron here.
