Let alone communicate with your costumers, I ordered Gravy but got ranch and when asked she basically glared her eyes at me, Karam never apologized for the mistake, let alone inform me she was going to replace it. She walked away mad, and came back with no words for the mistake. Just barely stuck her arm out the window with the gravy. That was very rude an unacceptable, just terrible service, and it was not even busy. Disgusted, and I will not be returning to this location. Talk about draining the energy from your costumers!!!
- NNNatalieOct 23, 20251.0Very frustrating situation after using the app. I placed my first order after making an DQ account on the app. When I went into the establishment I waited on the side until I got the chance to walk up to the cashier and tell them I had a mobile order for Natalie. She said okay and looked like she was waiting for the next person in line to come up so I stepped aside. After waiting a while and after the cashier finished assisting everyone else she finally asked my friend what name we were waiting for a mobile order for. She gave them my name again and they said they didn’t have an order under that name (which would have been great to know when I first talked to her ! So I was standing on the side for nothing). They questioned whether I had the right name - and my account had the correct name. Then they asked if I picked the right location - which I showed them was the correct location. Finally after looking through the rest of their mobile orders they found an order with the right items but the name said “DQ” for whatever reason (I know for a fact I didn’t not list my name as DQ - so I assume this was an error with the app?) idk long story short horrible customer service - will not be returning. And will never use the app again.
