In Tacoma,Tumwater, Olympia, and Seattle areas there is no charging for a sauce packet only Wendy's in Washington that charges for sauce packet. Also ordered a son of a baconator and did not even give us the right bread. Where's Wendy's I've been to in a long time.

UPDATE: Since the original post, I have completely STOPPED visiting this location, after repeated problems. ------------------- I have been to this Wendy's four times now, as I am slowly relocating back to the area from Vancouver, BC. As the service has been okay the first three visits, Thursday, Oct 9, 2025, about 15 min before 9pm, was the WORST of any Wendy's visit anywhere. I had just spent a long day not being able to eat due to being so busy. So, skipped waiting in the drive thru line to order a simple Asiago chicken sandwich and a large frosty. I first went to wash my hands and the paper towels were out, so that was the start. I stepped up to order my sandwich and large frosty, and found the woman taking orders, was not very pleasant. She seemed like she had already checked out. I repeated my order, just the spicy chicken, no tomatoe as I'm allergic, and no lettuce, extra extra sauce and the large frosty. Not a combo. After I paid the nearly $13, which I thought was kind of a little high, since I did not ask for a combo, she then set a big drink cup down. I repeated I ordered a large chocolate frosty. She just coldly said, "It's the same price, it's okay." She then made a frosty a few minutes later. I was surprised she even got that wrong. As I eventually checked my phone, and it was going on ten minutes. A few minutes later, a young man stepped up to take over the cashier job, because the previous lady had gotten off work. He called my name. I grabbed my bag and walked away. As I then noticed there were French fries in my bag, I had to wait a moment to ask him that this order might be wrong, because I didn't order the french fries. He turned the screen towards me and said "Yes, you did." I said, "I didn't." He then needed to get an order, so I walked away and grabbed napkins, a spoon and left. I continued on my trip from Chelan to Canada, as I had a six hour drive, before film work starting at 5:30am. I was able to start on my sandwich around Leavenworth, and was surprised to take three bites and find out it less than a dime amount of sauce. It was EXTREMELY DRY. I pulled over to look at my receipt and found I was charged a combo, when I said 'NO combo, only the sandwich'. I was then even more disappointed as it was not hard to make, took too long and was all messed up. I had minor problems with my previous visits, but figured these were just small problems. After deciding to continue north, I ate a few fries and threw the rest and my uneaten sandwich away. This location needs some work. I'm actually a very big Wendy's fan, but between the awful Canadian one's and most of the ones along I-5, I think I'll start skipping Wendy's, especially the North end of Wenatchee. If you are a traveler reading this, you might not have had any issues with this or any Wendy's. That's good. For the rest of you, just remember to triple check your order placed, open your foil at the counter to check your sandwich, and ASK for thr recept. Many are forgetting to include it.
