  This is the second time that this has happened. I specifically requested no horseradish on my sandwich and Braulio promised me he would make sure that it wouldn't get put on my sandwich. However when I got home with it and took a bite what was inside? You guessed it Horseradish. Horseradish literally makes me sick to my stomach due to the acidic levels. I called the store to let them know, and braulio was extremely defensive and argued with me over the phone trying to get me to accept it how I got it. This is not customer service at all.

  I ordered ahead on the app and had my food delivered to work. The funny thing is, I told my coworker I ordered JJs so when she took break she did too but her lunch was before mine so when her food arrived, I thought it was mine! My food was on time and fresh! The driver was polite and well kept. Which makes me feel good. I don’t like eating food from greaseballs. It’s kinda gross thinking about who’s making your food when they look unkempt and greasy or smell. Anyhow, I’d like to comment on the store as well because I have been going there for years. It’s always so clean and friendly and popping. When I go in, they all know me and they ALL say hi. My food is always fast. In fact, I don’t know where you can go here in town and get friendlier service, with fresh food this fast. Not a greasy burger place! 😂 They bake their bread all day long. So, it’s always super fresh. I never have a bad experience at this store! In fact, I’ve been to other JJs in WA state and they were filthy and poorly run compared to the Wenatchee store. Way to go Wenatchee! You’re rocking it!

  I ordered through their app online and picked up my order that was waiting for me on the shelf. The place does get very busy and parking can be a bit tricky, especially during the lunch hour, etc. I love their bread here and the different combinations of sandwiches that they offer. Whenever I am in Wenatchee I try and stop here often.
