It’s supposed to be a convenience — but lately, it’s been anything but. Every time I check in for pickup, I end up waiting 20–30 minutes or more. The app tells me I’m checked in and to dial zero to speak to an associate, but that just leads to a voicemail that hasn’t even been set up. There’s no way to get help or even confirm someone is coming out. To make matters worse, I’ve had multiple encounters with staff who were either passive-aggressive or outright rude. I get that everyone’s busy, but trust me — no one wants a mom with crying kids running around the store. I’m just trying to pick up my groceries and go. I’m writing this review while sitting in my car, still waiting for my order. It’s disappointing and stressful, and I really hope Albertsons improves this service. It could be such a lifesaver for busy parents like me — if only it worked the way it’s supposed to.

I just moved here 3 weeks ago from Portland, OR and missed my local Fred's. This Albertson's, however, has come forward as a place where I genuinely look forward to shopping. As part of a spiritual practice, I get a bouquet once a week. I've been assisted multiple times by the helpful, engaging florist whose name I look forward to learning if she wishes to share. I anticipate her being there and seeing what she's put out on display. And the rest of the store-- also well maintained, clean, with staff who smile back at me and seem to be glad they're there with the folks they get to work with. For me, that is everything I could want in a grocery shopping experience, and more. This Albertson's is the opposite of a soulless, generic environment, at least for me. So grateful to have found you, and looking forward to my next visit! The photo I'm including is of a two-bouquet riot of gorgeousness from this store and their floral department. 💗💐
