The schedule on your window says it should be open your online Safeway website has the wrong hours for your pharmacy and should be corrected. I also used to get a phone call when my prescriptions were ready and all of a sudden I stopped getting the phone calls. I asked them and they said I could come inside and fix it. I use the window because I am 73 years old I would like the phone calls returned when my pharmacy orders are ready please
