Occasionally you’ll run across a worker who hasn’t looked at that “Customer Service” sign near the checkout areas. Friday December 5 about 1 I politely asked a worker in the produce section if I could have one of the 12-15 small boxes he hadn’t broken down yet, and was given the runaround, finally was told I’d have to wait while he needed to check with a supervisor. I politely said if it’s a hassle to get an empty box, I’ll just put the items in my cart back in the shelves, stop my shopping, and go to the Rise Street store. He politely said “have a nice day”. Myself, wife, and older children, spend a lot of money at this store, maybe you should take a little time and let your employees know that a little cardboard box that you’re going to break down anyway isn’t worth losing a shopper for.
