I usually pre order on the app and go through the drive thru, and repeatedly have to pull up to their pick up here sign and wait 10+ minutes after already waiting 15-25 min in their drive thru line.

Service is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes I order literally just a shake and it seems I am in the drive thru forever, but if I order 3 meals with different items and drinks it is super fast. Not always but you get the idea. To their credit I have not had an order wrong in a while.

I finally just ordered a coffee, and after paying they told me they were going to take a while, and asked me to park around the corner and wait. After almost 10 minutes, I got out of my vehicle and went inside the store. I waited even longer for an employee to show up, who finally asked about my coffee after I explained that I was told to wait. The coffee was there, ready, but no one had brought it out. All I got was a “sorry.” Terrible service and customer care.
