Just came out to celebrate my wife and I for our 18th anniversary, and I passed an exam and got certified on something that I'd wanted to do for a few years now, and Dan was super nice and chill, made the evening nice, and I would also like to mention Nolan, he's always so hospitable and accommodating and genuinely is just happy to see returning customers.. its always nice to visit Twigs and take in the atmosphere and have great tasting custom dishes.

My friend and I's food was poorly cooked. Calamari over soaked with oil and not crunchy. The outside of the fish for the fish and chips was very dark. It's beyond me how anyone could send out a dish looking like that.
I question the oil and time cooked of these two dishes. Fish tacos underwhelming.
However, the other half of the table enjoyed their burger and Philly dip respectively. The server was pleasant and even asked the bartender to custom make my friends drink, which turned out tasty. Thank you.
For the latter things the star rating was bumped up.
Very disappointing as I ordered the halibut entrée with Jasmine rice. Unfortunately, the kitchen only had regular rice and nobody said anything until after I’d actually tasted it. When I brought it up to the server, she said she would talk to the kitchen and that is the last I heard of it. Nobody addressed the issue and I would not recommend this location. Very disappointing as I go to the one in Spokane, Washington, and I’ve never had an issue.

We came here to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday and were really looking forward to a fun, memorable night—but unfortunately the experience was overshadowed by how we were treated.
At one point, our friend was denied another drink despite showing no signs of impairment. He was completely composed, coherent, and far from intoxicated - enjoying lots of laughs and jokes. It felt less like a responsible decision and more like the waiter had simply grown tired of our group and decided to cut us off.
We absolutely respect responsible alcohol service, but this situation didn’t reflect that—it felt unfair. It put a damper on what was supposed to be a special celebration.
Overall, the experience left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed. We hope management takes a closer look at how situations like this are handled so other guests celebrating important moments don’t have a similar experience. *food was great*

I had a disappointing experience dining here. The service was quite slow, and our food arrived over 40 minutes after ordering, which set the tone for the rest of the meal.
When I ordered from the lunch combo section, I selected the pear and beet salad along with the shrimp taco. Unfortunately, there were no descriptions provided for these items on the "Lunch Combo" section on the menu, which led to some major issues. The shrimp taco came with bacon—something that was never mentioned in the title of the item—and I have an allergy, making this not just frustrating but concerning. Clear menu descriptions are essential, especially when it comes to ingredients that can pose health risks.
When I called the waiter over to point out that the taco had bacon, he initially insisted that the shrimp taco does not include bacon. My wife then had to remove a piece from the taco and show him, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and concerning.
Additionally, the pear and beet salad was misleading. Despite its name, it did not include any roasted beets or pears, which both were a key reason I chose it in the first place.
Overall, between the long wait, lack of menu transparency, and inaccurate dish descriptions, the experience fell short. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve both their service and menu clarity moving forward.
