PLACE TORTILLA FLAT, SPREAD BEANS, ADD CHEESE, SPREAD RED SAUCE ACROSS CHEESE, THEN ROLL THE DAMN THING UP!!!!??? THE WHOLE PROCESS SHOULD TAKE LESS THAN 30 SECONDS??? BUT IT NEVER FAILS!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER THEY SCREW IT UP. OR THE CANTINA BURRITO, WHEN I ASK FOR NO CHIPOTLE SAUCE AND NO AVOCADO SAUCE! DUE TO ALLERGY!! THEY STILL PUT THE DAMN CHIPOTLE SAUCE ON THE BURRITO??? WHAT PART OF ALLERGIC DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND????!!!!!

We’ve also had some odd customer service experience but there is a good batch of employees we occasionally get
