  If you’re going to mess up my order every time, to the point I have to ask everyone that you make sure it comes with everything it’s supposed to, then mess up TWO MORE TIMES after asking for remakes- At least have the decency to not loudly in the kitchen cuss and complain about how you got it right from the get go despite us bringing in the orignal but you didn’t even ask to check

  Worst Taco Bell in the USA. Extreme wait times and incoherent employees. Looked like no one swept the floor in over a week with napkins, food and trash all over the floor. I ordered one meal and waited 30 mins. There was no one else in the restaurant. They had 4 line workers and they dropped a burrito on the floor. All the employees just ignored customers and pretended they were deaf or something. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at any fast food place.

  The extended hours of this location is of great value to me; 2am on the weekdays I need them after long nights of work. There was a period of time a year or so ago where portions were horrible with the occasional missing item from the night crew and being out of food, but within the last year service, item availability, and order accuracy and quality have been consistent. I noticed the greatest improvement with a couple girls working the drive-thru, one of which remembered me from the moment I spoke, and another girl that was also very friendly and remembered me when I'd get to the window. I have worked fast food, delivered pizzas, so I know how hard these people work and the kind of demanding, impatient people they deal with on a daily basis. To have a smile on your face at all exceeds any expectations I might have had.

Functional for a short visit but not particularly comfortable or inviting. Wait time: Wait times were longer than expected for a fast-food restaurant, especially during busier periods. Pricing / value: Pricing remains one of the stronger aspects, with relatively inexpensive menu options compared to many fast-food chains. Crowd / traffic flow: The location can become busy, which appears to contribute to slower service and less consistent cleanliness. Final review: This Taco Bell location works if you need something quick and inexpensive, but the experience feels inconsistent overall. Service and maintenance could be improved, especially during busy hours. While it still functions as a convenient fast-food option, there is noticeable room for improvement.

  If you go through the drive through it’s decent and quick, however I do not recommend under any circumstances ordering ahead from this location. Not sure why but they seem to really struggle with online orders. When we go through the drive through it’s usually quick and the order is correct and well made.
