  I am never one to really complain about any restaurant but today's experience was unnecessary. The workers were very rude and unhelpful. It was Serena and Helen morning shift explain that I couldn't buy avocado on the side. Honestly, the whole time they're laughing and all I wanted was service. They pretty much told me they were not going to give me service because they didn't want to take the meat off my sandwich.

  Came in at 8:30 PM (they close at 9) and was told the toaster was already shut down and cleaned, so I couldn’t get my sandwich toasted. If you’re open, you should be serving the full menu until closing.

  Ordered my first protein bowl today! It's like a sandwich without the bread. I'M SOLD! That will be my go-to from now on. Great staff tguided me on all things meat & veggies. 💞

  This is my first time leaving a review, but I think this place deserves it. I’m a local, and the young girl who works here works incredibly hard. I see her here almost every day. Imagine working 8 days in a row while also going to school at the same time — I’m not judging, but that poor girl must be exhausted. Other than that, everyone here is great! I love the girls who work here; they’re always working hard and making sure everything gets done. The night shift definitely has it harder though. Customers seem to have no empathy for them, especially when it’s busy or when there are a lot of online orders. I’ve been coming here almost every day for years just to get the same thing — a 6’ turkey and a few cookies. One thing I think the store really needs is a “We reserve the right to refuse service” sign.
