Ive been getting my balloons here now fore awhile and their great quality. Theres certain ones we blow back up with a straw so the kids can play with them longer. The flower and balloon selection they have there is awesome though and so far ive been able to find balloons for every even that ive had all the way back since halloween!(:

Instead of a basic 'thank you,' the manager, Mary, was immediately hostile and argumentative. She deflected responsibility, claiming it was 'out of her hands' and relying on a passive retrieval strategy that is clearly failing. When I pointed out that a proactive plan is required for a community hazard caused by their property, she got aggressive, tried to discredit me as a member of the public, and intentionally evaded accountability by refusing to give her name (I had to read her nametag to identify her). This isn't an isolated attitude; she frequently stands at the entrance giving intimidating looks instead of welcoming customers. For contrast, a neighboring grocery store's manager immediately and politely logged an active retrieval order for the exact same issue today. Mary’s complete lack of accountability, hostility toward the public, and professional negligence is a terrible look for Safeway.
