  I guess they now want tips for taking your order at the counter. When I asked about this I got a really snotty passive aggressive answer. She then refused to give me a pager and the twerp insisted on bringing the plates from the pickup counter to our table. I'm not coming back.

  Italiano sandwich bread was so sharp it cut the inside of my mouth and made me bleed. Tomato soup had no cream or milk in it, might as well slapped a bottle of tomato sauce in a bowl.

  Health risk. Bad managers. Orders are wrong 90% of time. The management is incredibly unprofessional and rude, the management working today blames the young kids working at this location for poor quality product and service. I ordered lunch today 3/20 and spent over $20. The sandwich was made incorrectly and something spicy was put on it putting my health at risk, when I requested to speak to the manager and explain this, they blamed “lots of kids work here” and refused to make it right after continuing disrespect, they would not provide my refund and yelled at me on my way out. Not only will you be robbed financially for bad food, your health will be put at risk and you will be berated for even mentioning that something was out of line.

  First time going and will never be going back. what the hell are these portion sizes? Spent $14 on the world’s tiniest cups ever. This would not even make my kids full! Just ridiculous corporate greed
