  My experience in this place was amazing for a lot of reasons besides the great food we get. we also had the best service experience. From Sergio Rodriguez, who is the manager of that place. he count with over 30 years of experience. In general this place is amazing.

  Our server (Kim) was amazing! But my steak? Well done. And thin. I ordered a 13 oz. ribeye, medium, and it was about 1/2” thick with no pink. Lame. They brought me another and it was inedible. It was the chewiest $34 steak I’ve ever tried. Once again, it was only about 1/2” thick. How can you possibly cook a steak “medium” that is so thin? I sent it back and just ate scraps from my family’s plates. It was my birthday. Happy birthday to me.

  Low lighting is nice in a restaurant. What's not nice is the waitress or hostess that stole my debit card information. The next charge that happened in my bank account was towards someone's Capital One CC account. We weren't even mean to the staff, we were so nice. It was probably because we chose our own table and the hostess didn't like that. Oh! Or the fact they undercooked my burger and i stupidly said something. I highly encourage a criminal check for everyone who works here. Better yet, don't give them business, period. What a shame, I remember my first date being here. At least they go along with the "firsts" cause they're also my first real scam.

  Check my roommate there for his birthday we ordered a blooming onion which arrived cold which is out of the ordinary how to send it back and we ordered two prime rib steak sandwiches which also arrived cold not sure how long they sit in the window but we were so hungry that we ended up eating them anyway and the server never came back to check up on us never filled our water we always had to ask for more things from other waitresses so I don't really recommend this place to anyone

  This was the worst night out to eat for the family we'd had in a long time. My wife and I had a craving for a bloomin onion, and it had been quite some time since we'd last gone to any Outback location. We brought our two youngest children, it was a Sunday evening about 1800hrs, and from the very start; everything felt off. First, we waited nearly 20 minutes a table; not unheard of, certainly, and the place was packed. No demerits from me on that point, it just contributed to everything else. The floors, even walking back to the table, felt unusually slick, even causing me to lose traction at one point; as if waxed too much. Very off-putting. We sat at the table, which looked clean enough, but it took forever to get our order taken, let alone served. When we finally got the bloomin onion, it arrived soggy, drenched in what tasted like old fryer grease, and my stomach immediately started complaining. We were nearly out of drinks by the time our food arrived nearly 20 minutes after ordering, but it took another 15 minutes to get our sole refill of the night. We barely saw our server the whole time. When the food did arrive, our youngest immediately complained about the food. At first, given he can be a picky eater, I didn't take him seriously. I am grateful there were no physical complications, but when he literally stopped eating after saying that his steak tasted like soap; I tried it myself. Good god, it tasted like it had been fried in degreaser. I checked him out and he seemed fine, he only had the one bite before my wife and I tried the steak and agreed with his assessment. Thankfully, they took that off the bill; which is why service rose from a single start to two stars. However, all of the food tasted overcooked (steaks), undercooked (vegetables), canned parmesean creamed corn, and none of us left that restaurant happy. I fought throwing up the rest of the night, losing no small amount of sleep. We swore never to go back. The food was terrible, the service largely abysmal, the restaurant felt dirty and greasy, and the bad experience lingered with us for many hours afterwards. Not to mention the ludicrously over-inflated prices compared to literally every other restaurant we've gone to in the last 6 months (like 15-20% more). We spent as much on four people for app, drinks, and entrees as we would normally spend feeding 5, plus apps, plus desserts and drinks. We couldn't get our check fast enough to leave. I genuinely think they need a health inspection.
