  While ordering through the drive-thru, Amanda really helped me out! She offered affordable options to me by bundling and combining some of my items into meals. Thanks to her help, I was able to save money on my order. Amanda was very helpful and provided excellent customer service!

  They shut there breakfast screen off right in front of me while it was still breakfast 03/18/2026. Just a rude place.

  McDonald's used to be the cheapest fast food but you cant buy a meal of ypur 1 choice unless you want to spend 10-17 dollars or order off the value menu.

  Went to pick up an order and there was 1 other car in the drive thru, me and the one in front of me. I get a notification that my food is done and they keep the other car in the windows for over 5 minutes while my food just sits there and gets cold. There was absolutely no reason they couldn't have had the other car move up to the next window and just give me my food.

  Don’t want to be a Karen or whatever you want to call it I’m usually never the type to ever criticize customer service what so ever so I order a vanilla shake for delivery late at night due to my work schedule and was told no shakes past two super understandable my alcohol also gets cut off at two my dasher had asked if it could be replaced without me even asking if it can be replaced (totally fine by me because my money is being spent so might aswell be replaced instead of refunded) and for some odd reason they tell him no so he asks about a refund and how it’s possible and he was shrugged off now I totally understand it’s late nights I work them also I get the stress of it and how annoying it can be but for them to just not tell him the process on how things work I think one of two things that person hates the job orrrrr the manager isn’t doing things right now I shouldn’t be stressing over a 6 dollar shake it’s just why be rude to someone asking such simple questions that are basic to the job now I don’t know the workers name sadly but I’m sure the dasher is reporting also I hope they can also update the door dash even the online app saying no shakes past two only place in town that has that rule I don’t want to be rude just heard so this doesn’t happen in the future sadly this has pushed me to the hwy 99 loco shouts out them for the past 2 shakes
