We were extremely disappointed to see they are using an AI robot for their drive thru. We mostly likely will not be returning because of this. The staff was excellent and their donuts are always great but we won’t support AI.

The person closest to the counter asked if I had an online order when I walked up, but once I said no, she ignored me and the person behind me in line. I gave up and left. Close your lobby if paying customers are an inconvenience. This should never be happening.
