I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Wingstop on Chkalov
My order was wrong. I ordered a protein pack that should have included 16 wings and only received 10 total. I was missing 6 wings.
When I called the store to report the issue, the response was shocking. The night manager, Anna, immediately said there was nothing they could do unless I drove back to the store to prove it. During the call, I was told the cook believed I was lying and just trying to get free food or a discount.
Being accused of lying as a paying customer is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. There was no attempt to help, no apology, and no accountability. Just blame and dismissal.
This was some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I will not be returning to this location and would caution others to check their order carefully before leaving.

I tried to give this place the benefit of doubt, as I do to all humans but at the end of the day this is a job they signed up to do. In the beginning I didn’t think too much of it until our experience progressively got worse. My husband, 5 kids, & I all dinned inside Tuesday night.
The first red flag was the worker who just so happens to also be the manager named Holly was taking our order and repeatedly out loud was announcing how she was putting in our order wrong and struggling. We tried to pick our 2nd side with our order, she told us we only get 1 side, then at the end of ordering said “oh, you do get a 2nd side”. While waiting for our food one of my kids accidentally spilled his drink-we tried to clean up the best we could but then was told by an employee to leave it because they got it. The spill was in the middle of the walkway & under my table/chair. This was never cleaned up before we left and was very uncomfortable to eat & sit as my feet placement was wonky due to there being a puddle of soda under my feet. When they called the order name, it was under a completely different name bc she had failed to ask a name for the order. Then when we got our food, we did fail to realize one of the wings were a dry rub & questioned Holly about it which she then replied very rudely & said “that is how they are. That is how they always come.” Straight irritated tone of voice. But no big deal we take them anyways and eat them. This is when I started to look around more and notice other things like the take out order rack was filled and the Lobby was filled but nobody was calling out orders until customers walked up and had to ask for their food, that then made Holly call out take out orders. And as I still have soda under my feet i realize their floor is pretty dirty despited the broom being right there. Then my 2 year old also drops his drink… I again tried to clean up as much as possible especially bc now it is interfering with someone else personal space. Someone again said not to worry about it, they would clean it but never did so me and a thoughtfully nice customer helped me clean it up. And as you know they do not have a trash can in the lobby so all the wet paper towels were put into the paper straw bin, which also was not dumped right away and was overflowing.

I'm a Doordasher, and every time I receive an order from this location The staff are very unfriendly. They typically hand you a cup and tell you to go fill the customer's drink even though there is about 3-5 Wingstop employees hanging around goofing off and talking. Today was even worse. I asked to use the bathroom while waiting because my order was not ready yet. The employee told me that she was not going to give me the code until my order was ready. I told her I really needed to go, and she said that was company policy. Then when the food came out I said can I have the code now, and she told me that I had to hit the confirm button and take the food with me before she would give it. Basically asking that I take a customer's food into a bathroom. Completely unacceptable and disgusting. I walked out. Do better at this location, train your employees and for God's sakes let somebody use a bathroom while they are waiting for an order to pick up!!

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
