When I raised this concern, the manager attributed the temperature to my arrival time and refused to remake the order. Leaving unattended food in a high-traffic area poses significant health risks and appears to be in violation of WAC 246-215-03530 (FDA Food Code 3-501.19) regarding time and temperature as a public health control.

Always will forget your crackers and sour cream and spoon and napkins for the chili. Whenever you go thru drive thru and ask for ketchup they say ok and it's never in the bag. Employees rush you when ordering. Corporate needs to work on this. This has been happening for years. Also just read the doordash reviews.
