This location is always so slow!! No matter what time you go. I’ve been there at 2pm, 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm over the last year. They always have the same excuse that they’re short staffed. If you’re short staffed for a whole year then it’s not a legitimate excuse or reason. Shame on management for not hiring more ppl and not making customers wait 30-40 mins every single time to get their food. Their food is fine but beware they’ll get your food wrong most of the time so check it before taking off. Just poorly run man. Disappointed

This is, without exaggeration, the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever visited — and arguably the worst restaurant experience I’ve had anywhere.
The staff repeatedly ignores customers at the counter, even when multiple people are visibly waiting. When they do respond, the tone is dismissive and rude. During my most recent visit, the interaction escalated unnecessarily. An employee refused to provide their name or contact management when I requested it. When I calmly stated that I would take a photo so corporate could identify the employee for additional customer service training, the employee immediately threatened to call the police.
I told them they were welcome to do so, as I had not threatened anyone or behaved aggressively in any way. As I was leaving, staff members were filming me from the side door, which only added to how uncomfortable and unprofessional the entire situation felt.
On top of that, wait times are consistently excessive for a fast-food restaurant, and there is little communication about delays. The dining area is frequently dirty, with floors littered with debris, making it clear that cleanliness is not being prioritized.
This was not an isolated bad moment — it reflects a broader pattern of poor management, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customers. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage corporate leadership to take a serious look at this location’s operations and staff training.

Giving this place a 1 star because it seems everytime I come through they are always out of Baja blast or ice. Today I tried to add another burrito to my order and they told I had to come back through. While I only had one other person behind me. They have also told me they cannot make a chicken flat bread melt. It just seems like everytime I come through here its something but it just falls under pure laziness.

I arrived at the location to pick up my online order that I place around 10:30am I have a 1 year old toddler so it took us some time to get ready out the door by 11:15 I was there to pick up my online order when I arrived I was told they took my breakfast items off because it’s past 11 I simply asked why I was allowed to place the order if it was going to get changed. I placed the order well before 11 and the lady mentioned it’s because of a corporate website and their franchise they cannot change when and what I can order. Then followed that with because of my tone she is not going to serve me my order at all when I was just simply asking a question confused because I have never had this happen at a taco bell before. When I got to the window and asked for anything stating my card will be refunded she told me no she couldn’t and that I will be just sitting in the Drive thru all day and that she is calling the police on me. This is her actively calling the police on a customer asking a question in drive thru mind you I’m not causing a scene or being rude I’m literally just so confused why the situation was escalated by her when it did not need to get this far. I will never been going to this location again you need better customer service training
