After waiting at the counter for 5 minutes without a response hearing employees snicker in the back, one finally climbed out of her hole and redirected us to the drive through due to them being “understaffed”. There was nobody going through the drive through! I digress, we counted 6-7 people actively working not counting one on their lunch break scrolling on his phone drinking midnight Baja blast. This location is if hell had a Taco Bell.

The fries were so hard that I couldnt even chew it up! I'm very disappointed I want my money back! I feel like I've been robbed! I don't know who works here at this time of hour and day but they shouldn't be working here! If the company doesn't do anything about this, I will forever stop buying from any of the TacoBell locations! Replace the employee who made my Steak Nacho Garlic fries that works here on Tuesdays at this location and make my food fresh! Now, how do I get my money back? 😤
