  I ordered a taco12pk supreme 1/2 DLT all no Tomatoes & 2 other items. The 12pk had *3 random DLT with tomatoes & another 2 DLT were split in half and set back in the papershell before they were sent out. Amelia was progressively more rude and annoyed as we placed the order. Her tone and attitude shifted instantly when we began placing our order. I'm allergic to raw tomatoes my partner is not. Grateful he's the one who opened the DLT. Not going to the hospital because of negligence is preference. 1/11/2026 6:05pm ORDER: 931deb CASHIER: Amelia A TACOBELL: 037387. This isn't a 1 off either with this Tbell. Multiple of drive-thru cashiers get rude if you're not pulling up and instantly shouting your order at them. The order accuracy of this location is seemingly influenced by how irritated the cashier working the window at the time feels about the customers. Night crew here is one of the worst in Vancouver. Drive the extra distance to any other location if you can. The gas is worth it over the service and illmade food. *Edited because we opened the rest and found a total of 3 with tomatoes.   Expect to wait. This time was 22 minutes after expected time, and previously was over 30 min. I ordered on the app they could have just gave me better estimate and I wouldn’t sit there meaninglessly waiting. Food was fine just constantly behind on orders and no sense of urgency from the crew.

  Terrible. What the actual hell is wrong with you guys at this location. Your complete lack of any kind of standards is pathetic. The tiny amount people actually expect from you as far as standards fell pathetically short of what you delivered. This is the food your serving to people. What the actual hell is this. I know we ordered a Mexican Pizza, and this is what we got. Even if all the toppings were not melted off of the "pizza", you can clearly see the lack of any kind of standards in how it was made. There went the last chance you may of had for low standards, you are far below terrible standards now. Pathetic

  Worst Taco Bell EVER!!! Out of taco shells, how do you run out of taco shells. Order completely wrong. Ordered a mexican pizza and a nacho bell grande, got a bean burrito and chips and beans. Never going here again!

  We waited for 35: minutes waiting for our order. My husband went up to see what happened they lost our order Brush prairie location. We to the Orchards and got our order in 5 minutes with polite service through the the drive through
