Today I had extra help from the cashier and she accidentally put the wrong receipt on my bag. No worries! I worked in the line before and when it gets busy, accidents happen but she was very nice and double checked the items for me. I worked in customer service for years, it gets draining but your hard work is noticed by those that appreciate it the most!
- DSDavid SnowDec 24, 20201.0This has to be the worst Subway on the planet. Avoid them at all cost. They are convenient and close to our home so we have tried to make it work with them. Today was the last straw. Every time we order from them they are out of something meatballs ham steak even lettuce I mean come on lettuce. We have given them the benefit of the doubt but we realized it literally is every time we order its something. Today we ordered a huge order from Uber Eats and the driver called us to inform us that they were out of everything we ordered EVERYTHING. We had to change our whole order so we could eat. We asked them if we could get a couple cookies for the out of stock issue and Subway told us to just cancel the order. Subway would rather lose us as a customer and the money for 7 sandwiches than comp us a couple cookies. What kind of company does that. Shows you what kind of company this Subway is and it not consumer friendly. We will never order from them again and if I were you I would do the same.
