I did an online order recently, and it turns out I had to wait for the worker in the back for about 5-10+ minutes, and they hadn't even started making the sandwich. I got tired of waiting but got through it. The worker was one handing it, basically half assing it, and they cut the bread all the way through. Horrible eating experience, every bite, all the ingredients would fall out, and the bread was too soft even after toasting. They didn't even have the cookie I wanted.
