  I ordered delivery to my work. The sandwiches never came. I called the store and it rang twice and then had a busy signal. I called a second number and had the same result. I called Subway Customer Service phone and, again had the same result. I called the delivery service and they said they would file a complaint on my behalf and, if subway thought it was the delivery company’s fault, they would reimburse Subway. I went to the Subway store the next day but was told that the manager only works week days in the morning. I left my information and the gal said she would give it to her manager. Five days later I had still not received a refund. I went back to subway on my lunch break. The manager was there. I tried to keep the conversation quiet but the manager spoke very loudly. She kept putting her hand up as if to stop me from talking and kept repeating that she couldn’t do anything because it’s a third party delivery company. I asked her about why none of the phones connect me to a person and, again was just looking at her hand saying, “third party delivery “. I asked if the gal on Saturday had given her my information and she said she had but told her too that she wasn’t going to do anything because it was a third party delivery. I asked why she didn’t call me and, you guessed it, I got her hand up in my face saying it was a third party delivery company that had to reimburse me. Subway got my money and the delivery fee and I got nothing. No wonder why so many of their shops are closing. This so called manager of this particular store needs lessons beyond her comprehension of proper customer service.

  So the cold table veggies we brown sliced tomatoes looked a week old and the best part... as im reluctantly paying and look behind the counter see the floor covered in food AND A DOG A BEAGLE EATING FOOD OFF THE FLOOR. The two people working seemed like it was business as usual.

  Ordered sandwich with flat bread for takeout and got a sandwich with tortilla wrap....Is this normal at Subway nowadays?

  Expect to wait 40minutes after your pick up time. There is always only 1 worker at this location for dinner. I've seen them tell people that they're not taking walk in orders atm because they had so many online orders to make. Hire more people for this location

  I work down the road by fredmyers and on my lunch break I went to subway and stayed 40 minutes in line because I was hungry and just when it was my turn the man working got on his phone and started texting mid sandwich build and didn’t switch out his gloves and got back to work and it was too much time spent just for him to pull that bs they take forever and are gross
