This subway put MAYO on my sandwich when i know for a fact that i did not put mayo on my order. I called TWICE to ask them for little lettuce and little olives. They don't even take special requests on door dash so the only way to special request would be to call, and every time i have called they have not answered. Either their phone is broken, which is a problem that should be fixed, or their employees are just lazy.

Horrible customer service. I don’t understand why Subway keeps hiring such uncaring workers. I’m not sure who was in charge at the time, but they were incredibly rude, and the other employee didn’t even talk, smile, or acknowledge customers. I stopped coming here before because of a similar experience and decided to give it another try, but now I know for sure this will be the last time I visit this location.

Ordered 2 sandwiches online and somehow the order didn’t go all the way through. It showed the correct order on my end but on their end it was only a chicken sandwich. I took it back and instead of remaking the whole sandwich the worker took the wrong order and just tossed lettuce instead of spinach on forgot the cucumber slices. I was hungry and frustrated at this point so I just took the sandwich but it was nasty and completely wrong. It’ll be awhile until I go back to this Subway, I’ll gladly drive out my way to a different location.

there was a girl who was EXTREMELY rude when we first walked in she said that we needed to wait 30 mins to even place our order because there was many orders ahead and everytime we called she immediately hung up on us, we also asked for her name or her manager’s name and she immediately hung up on us every single time and was extremely unacceptable and rude to her customers and it’s extremely rude

The lady took over ten minutes to make ONE. Sandwich! Iv NEVER had someone take forever to make a sandwich! People in front of me were getting mad and leaving! That’s ridiculous making a sandwich is not rocket science!
