They no longer know how to make their ice cream properly, last 3x I’ve gone I’ve ended up with a vanilla milkshake with toppings thrown on top. Such a disappointment. Thought 3rd time they’d figure it back out. Nope. Time to head to McDonalds.
- KKKelliDec 26, 20251.0Sonic was one of the only places open until 11pm on Christmas, but let me tell you it was not a pretty sight. There were tons of people waiting in their cars for DD orders. I had never been here before, so I got out and looked around for an employee. They seemed to be fully staffed, but everyone was running around seemingly disorganized, and frantic. Another customer said he was waiting for over 40 mins for the other half of his order that never came! He stood outside of his car asking whatever employee he could find what the deal was, and the last person just responded with, "yeah we're really busy". I was shocked at that response, and so an angry customer sat outside of my car complaining the entire time we sat there waiting for our pick-up. Ended up waiting about 1/2 hour. Once we got the bag it was cold to the touch, and it looked like the drink had been out for awhile. The lot was dark-- not a lot of lighting in general around the business... gives me stechy vibes for some reason. The food was mediocre at best. Couldn't even pull all the way up to the microphone when I got there to let them know who I was picking up for. For it being my first time there I was surprised at the flow of things. Won't return, or accept another offer at this location.
