I even called back to move the pickup window a whole day sooner and it wasn't any trouble. I was happily surprised to be able to get my cake the very next day with a cute graphic printed on it as well!! I looked up their cake customizations online ahead of time, gave them the code for it over the phone, and I got exactly what I wanted along with color customizations for the trim. Cute and delicious.

My family has had the honor & pleasure of knowing Mychal & him being our Pharmacist the longest, but there have been times over the years my Physician's office was closed or I had to leave a msg. re: allergic reactions to certain medications & it was imperative I speak w/ a professional trained in the medical field or what food I could eat to add more fiber to my diet for a nagging medical issue. Mychal (we call him our Guardian angel) fortunately was there for me. My family & I appreciate Mychal, his kindness, professionalism and expertise, we owe him a GREAT debt of gratitude & appreciation. They have also completely screwed me on getting meds when I called it in, spelled it out, they said "yes we have that" THEY DIDNT and blamed me. I needed the meds within 24 hours and nobody else had them. Wasted half my day here trying to grt them just for this woman to not spell the medication correctly EVEN THO I SPELLED IT ON THE PHONE TO HER. 0 apologies from her, just anger and pushing the blame back to me.
