I went to the self checkout and heard, "no cash" but didn't realize that there was no cash back. I then realized after following the prompts and selecting $20 that I had made a mistake. I waited for the cashier, who took 5 minutes to acknowledge me only to be directed to customer service who took 20 minutes to get $20. If you don't want to give cash back at the self scan, why is that even an option when paying?
