I have had some issues with missing , expired or damaged items with my order, and they fix it quickly. Today my box of lays potato chips was missing. I called the store and Jasmine helped me. Apparently there was label on it , so no one knew it was mine. Jasmine immediately said she would refund the purchase and said she would talk to management and use this as a learning experience. That's a customer needs to hear. She was attentive , nice and very understanding. Good job Jasmine.
