- EHErica Hansen5 days ago1.0I had one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had at this Safeway. I came in for just a few items and went to the only register with a light on. The checker was helping a woman whose coupons didn’t match her items, and instead of moving her to customer service or opening another lane, the checker, manager, and even another employee who seemed to know the customer all stood there trying to make the coupons work. I waited forever while this was happening. Another employee in the back was ringing people up, but he kept his light off and never offered to help anyone else — including me — even though it was clear the only open lane was completely stuck. Just when they finally finished with the woman ahead of me, she pulled out another coupon for items she didn’t have, and they started the whole process all over again. At that point, I gave up and left without my groceries. They might’ve saved this customer a couple of dollars, but they lost a lot more from my cart. The customer service here is awful, and with so many other grocery stores in Vancouver, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I just don't have the energy sometimes. The workers are always super nice and efficient! They shop for everything super fast and I can always count on my order being done WELL before my pickup time which I appreciate! The other day I found a holiday/thank you card signed by a bunch of the employees! You guys are awesome! Thank you for everything you do!

Recently I observed employees checking the machine and referring to what they have been getting it's hard enough to find pokemon but to have to compete with employees checking the machines gives me no chance I may just start going to Fred Meyers. There is a tall gentleman that works in the evening he has been helpful at times by letting me know when pokemon comes I just my opinion but employees shouldn't camp the machine
