  I hated pizza hut pizza as a kid and only ate the amazing pasta but we tried the 10 dollar large pizza with 5 toppings on with a promotion and it was so good!! Got the spicy sauce and the blue cheese dressing was to die for! Glad I gave it another shot 20 years later!

  Do NOT get fries. I Paid 5.59 for maybe a handful of fries 🤦🏻‍♂️ feels like robbery Update: I'm even more flabbergasted after pizza huts reply to find out this is a normal serving size.

  So I ordered in advance, the night before I wanted the pizzas, for delivery. The night of, I realized I forgot to add an extra marinara cup for the cheese sticks. No biggie right? It's still early enough to call and have it added (I checked). Well, apparently they just won't do it! The guy I got (who mumbled the entire time btw, making it really hard to understand him) said that adding the marinara cup would recharge my entire card. Um, no. So I asked for a manager, and instead of letting me talk to her, he called her (so there's no manager on duty), and he said they just won't do it, because they aren't "making bank" on it. They are that greedy that adding a $0.85 marinara cup is too much, because the order "wasn't big enough." Excuse me? It's two large pizzas and cheese sticks, plus delivery fee and tip. Don't tell me my order isn't big enough! What qualifies as a big order then? Also, $0.85 is ridiculous anyway. It's marinara sauce. If it was a specialty sauce, I'd understand. But it's basic marinara sauce. And of course the cups are small, so it's just a rip off. Then they were late having my order delivered! I said for it to be delivered at 6:15, so why was not even ready to go until 6:15? (Again, I checked the status.) We didn't get our order until almost 6:30, nearly 15 minutes past the time we wanted. Bad customer service. Bad delivery times. At least the food was decent, but the pizza with toppings was underdone and the cheese pizaa could have used more sauce (literal places on the pizza where there was no sauce). I'm sorry but pizza is way too expensive these days for a popular pizza place to have subpar service and subpar pizza.

  Ordered a pizza and wings a couple Thursdays ago online. Never received either item. Called the store to tell them what happened and they transferred me to someone in customer service. Customer service then contacted the manager of said location? Not sure why I couldn’t just talk to the manager. The customer service person kept calling me the wrong name, blamed DoorDash that I didn’t get my order and that they apparently “ran off” with my order. When I said I didn’t order DoorDash they said “oh well we go through 3rd parties sometimes when we don’t have drivers”. Customer service said I’d get a refund of my $35 and some change. Never got my refund so thanks. I love giving charity money to a large corporation in exchange for nothing.
