One of the cashiers was cleaning, and a woman came up to her to ask about an order. She helped her out and then went back to cleaning. The flavor of soda the woman wanted had run out, so she went back to the girl to ask for help. The girl was clearly training, so she went to ask someone for help again. The woman acted like she was put out. She said something about being cheated? During this entire situation, the two employees were very pleasant. Finally, they went to get a manager to help. After all was done, she started demanding a free cookie and when the manager said that she couldn't do that, she threatened to leave a bad review. I love Panera. My husband and I come to dine in all the time. The employees are always so kind and helpful. I need it to be said that these entitled customers need to take a breath. These workers are people, and they are good at their jobs! The names that I caught were Kaydence and Madeline. I was unable to get the trainee's name, but she was also very sweet. Good job Panera for keeping your workers happy and nice, even when Karens come around!
