The quality of food and service was great, my atmosphere score taking into account having to deal, hear with the few people who were not behaving in the Christmas spirit and being difficult to staff about the wait time.

The waitress was absolutely awful. She never came back to our table except for 1 time to bring a refill on a soda after my husband had to wave her down. I would have had another drink and maybe dessert had she bothered to inquire how our food was or ask if we needed anything else. I had to actually get up and ask o n e of the kitchen staff for a spoon for my soup. I will not go back here as I expect at least minimum service when you spend that much money.
