Placed an online order Christmas Eve, upon arrival there are cars being turned away because they’re “out of product”. Apparently meaning everything. Was told my only recourse was to cancel my order in-app, which involves waiting a week for the refund to process. This will likely take extra time being the holiday season, and the amount of bank holidays within the next 7 days. Seems they really leaned into the whole grinch promotion.
