  I used to buy coffee here about five times a week, but lately, it’s been terrible the coffee has a strong dish soap smell. My Filet-O-Fish bun also smelled stale and old. Meanwhile, five employees were standing around chatting while customers waited. The person taking orders kept walking away every few seconds, and the manager was busy talking on the phone with his friends. On my last visit, my order wasn’t ready, so they asked me to pull up to the third window. Twenty-five minutes later, no one came out they had completely forgotten about my order. That was the final straw. I won’t be coming back to McDonald’s.

  I wanted to eat a happy meal for my monkey but we was refused service I think one star it's very bad I dont even like happy meal my monkey is 3 year old and he wants a happy meal

  Used my mobile app to order my food and it was ready on time, but the quality was horrible. My mcdouble both burnt and cold. It's not the first time. Sad to say I won't be going to this location anytime soon.

  Effectively robbing people on Christmas is bad business. Placed an online order Christmas Eve, upon arrival there are cars being turned away because they’re “out of product”. Apparently meaning everything. Was told my only recourse was to cancel my order in-app, which involves waiting a week for the refund to process. This will likely take extra time being the holiday season, and the amount of bank holidays within the next 7 days. Seems they really leaned into the whole grinch promotion.
