I contacted customer service and was told that they would pass on the information to the owner to be resolved. I never hear anything from said owner. I write a bad review on Google and the owner advises to contact customer service for assistance. Anyone want to guess what customer service says? “We”ve passed your complaints to the owner and they will contact you soon.” 🙄 They just give you the run around and hope you go away.
