Never order a coffee or a frappe through the app everything I do it takes 20 minutes from the time I arrive not even from ordering from arrival to finished 20 minutes on a coffee or a frappe. And there machine is broken half the time too.

0 stars if I could! Without a doubt the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Drove thru Sat @ 2:30 p.m. and was told to wait for our order in space #1.When it finally came out, 1/2 the order was missing, not one napkin in the bag and the bag had sticker on the receipt that said DOUBLE-CHECKED FOR ACCURACY! When I told the young lady that it was not a complete order, she looked and acted like someone just dropped her off on Mars and left her there. I had to literally tell her what she needed to do to fix it. After waiting for someone to come back with the rest of the order, I finally walked in and asked for the manager who was oblivious to any problem and I had to explain the whole episode to her. As I waited for my fillet, I noticed literally more employees bumping into one another and looking lost then there were patrons! When the manager finally brought back my missing fillet of fish we tried to eat them in the car and they smelled and tasted so fishy we tossed them and went to Carl's Jr. Mine looked like someone stepped on it before wrapping it. My wife who worked @ McDonalds when she was a teen said that happens when the product was not stored properly or was left out too long before cooking. We have eaten here 5X and 3 out of 5 have been horrible so we are done! Poor management, poor service, and terrible food! Save your $$
Response to owners offer of help: Thank you but your focus should be on addressing the problems at your store with your supervisors and staff. Requiring me to complete an online form that requires detailed information that nobody would keep (store #, receipts, etc.) is a waste of both of our time when we are not recoverable customers. We are not the first to complain about this type of problem and you should already know that things are not right at your store. Focus on first hand observation and staff retraining to save your future customers!

The Mocha/Frappe machines are always down- morning, afternoon, or night. Just
like the ice cream machine. I stopped coming here before because of that, and looks like it still is an issue. It will be a while before I come here again. They are always out of something.
