  I loved the customer service they were really patient and listened. The food was really good and tasted good I recommend the crème filled donut.It was also really cool to see the donuts get made.

  I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to your Vancouver, Andresen location on 1/9/26 at around 8:30pm Customer service was essentially nonexistent. I was greeted by an automated system and instructed to pull forward for my online order. When I reached the window, the cashier just looked at me, I said I’m here for a pick up for & she asked if my order might be an under a different name. I answered no and showed her my online order on my phone. She appeared visibly frustrated, walked away without acknowledging me or confirming she was retrieving my order, and returned several minutes later to hand me the box without saying a word. There was no greeting, no confirmation of my order, no “is there anything else I can get for you,” and no closing statement—just a nonverbal, frustrated interaction that made me feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the product itself was just as disappointing. The doughnuts were stale, dry, and freezing cold, as if they had come straight from a freezer. There was even a slight taste of mold, which was extremely concerning. This experience fell far below what I expect from your brand, both in terms of customer service and product quality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed, as it was genuinely unpleasant from start to finish. Thank you for your time and attention.

  We just go in there and the employers just ignoring us and don't even mind to say nothing and we was talking to them but they just ignoring us so rude
