Go in the DRIVE-THRU - DO NOT go inside to order. I stood in line for five minutes with multiple people working on drive thru orders. The person closest to the counter asked if I had an online order when I walked up, but once I said no, she ignored me and the person behind me in line. I gave up and left. Close your lobby if paying customers are an inconvenience. This should never be happening.

"I was really disappointed with the service here. The manager at the window got my order wrong, and when I went inside to get it corrected, every employee gave me attitude. The donuts are fine, but the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable."

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to your Vancouver, Andresen location on
1/9/26 at around 8:30pm
Customer service was essentially nonexistent. I was greeted by an automated system and instructed to pull forward for my online order. When I reached the window, the cashier just looked at me, I said I’m here for a pick up for & she asked if my order might be an under a different name. I answered no and showed her my online order on my phone. She appeared visibly frustrated, walked away without acknowledging me or confirming she was retrieving my order, and returned several minutes later to hand me the box without saying a word. There was no greeting, no confirmation of my order, no “is there anything else I can get for you,” and no closing statement—just a nonverbal, frustrated interaction that made me feel like an inconvenience.
Unfortunately, the product itself was just as disappointing. The doughnuts were stale, dry, and freezing cold, as if they had come straight from a freezer. There was even a slight taste of mold, which was extremely concerning.
This experience fell far below what I expect from your brand, both in terms of customer service and product quality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed, as it was genuinely unpleasant from start to finish.
