  Some of the slowest people I've ever seen at Jimmy John's. Lady didn't even clean the meat slicer with proper cleaning supplies, she just used napkins. Will be requesting a refund for this order

  Disappointing! Ordered on the app, waited over 20 minutes, no update on the app. My son went in and there were no sandwiches on the pickup rack, he came back out, waited another 5-10 minutes he went back in and asked and the person behind the counter said they hadn't gotten around to putting our order on the pick-up rack or to update the order status .. really, it can't be that hard! So our visit was not at all "Freaky Fast", 30ish minutes for two sandwiches, pretty disappointing! Checked the app when I got home, still doesn't say it's ready for pick-up lol

  I went into this location and ordered a Jimmy Cubano, which is on their toasted sandwich menu on their app. It took 15 minutes to make my sandwich and it wasn’t toasted. When I inquired about why it wasn’t toasted she told me it normally wasn’t a toasted sandwich. I said well it’s on the toasted sandwich menu and she’s just apologized to me so I asked if she could toast it. She said no once it’s wrapped I can’t toast it. So thank you for the shitty cold ham and pickle sandwich. I mean a Cuban anywhere is a toasted sandwich. She had zero personality and no customer service at all. I’ll be going to firehouse subs from now on.

  Customer appreciation day? Didn't seem to feel very appreciated, kind of a rood delivery when I talked to them. I will be visiting any other sub shop from now on. I am very big on first impressions and my business will be going somewhere else.
