  I can't remember the last time I had Jimmy John's. I tried the roast beef and turkey sandwich with toasted cheddar and something about it just did not taste right to me.

  While the food was everything I expected (satisfying and consistant), I truely felt that my presence was most inconvenient for the employee making the sandwich. A request for the sandwich to be cut a certain way was acknowledged with a slight eyeroll. When it was done, she met my "thank you" with a "here". It's obvious that Jimmy John's is only a means to support her face painting and fake eyelash addiction. It's okay for you to not like people, but don't work in customer service and make the company, who depends on customers, look like they don't care about quality. It's also okay to have a bad day, but you should still remember your manners.
