- KKkayla kJan 16, 20261.0My girlfriend went through the drive through today and the woman who took her order was extremely disrespectful. She made very inappropriate comments about her body and personal appearance which sounded more like sexual commentary than customer service. This is completely unacceptable behavior when she was there to order breakfast and a coffee. Customers should not be spoken to like this especially when they arenāt inviting of it. This interaction crossed a line, it lacked basic boundaries, professionalism, and the fact that this worker felt comfortable continuing after she made a customer feel visibly uncomfortable is alarming. I hope that management will address this immediately because this is not something that should be happening in any workplace.

I know some may complain because something wasn't exact, but we are all prone to a mistake once in awhile. That compales to the compassion your team has demonstrated and how they all go out of their way to give their best.

When I had asked for them to take it back they did but proceeds to add the tiniest drop of cold foam. Wasnāt worth the wait never coming her again

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
