I went in with an online order that I had already paid for and it was on the shelf ALREADY MADE when I got there but the lady at the desk told me it would be a moment, so I waited. I sat down. I was kinda ignored for a few minutes, went to double check that on my app it said my pizza was done. It was. So I had to get an employee's attention and showed her my app. Then she for some reason had to confirm it with the manager on duty. It was just really odd and the employees didn't seem very well trained.

I’ve ordered a few pizzas over the last year from here, for pickup or delivery. And it’s always consistently good. I’ve had nothing but great interactions with the staff too. They’re awesome. My last delivery driver forgot the sauces I’d ordered, and she quickly made the trip to the store and back to get them. Great store and great staff!
